Functional Training
pay per month, come to as many as you like ($100 per month)
Functional Training is the ultimate mix of strength and cardio training!
Our functional training sessions are similar to a 'Boot Camp' style of fitness training done with a group. It involves bodyweight strength exercises, weighted strength training, short bursts of running, and other cardiovascular exercises (all of which can be adapted for anyone that needs it).

pay for these sessions as you go. ($10 per session)
Kickboxing
Our kickboxing workouts are designed to improve technique and fitness, not to hit anybody else. With over a decade of experience in combat sports, why train anywhere else? These kickboxing sessions are affordable, fun, and fast-paced.
Fighting Fit
This session is designed to match the time and intensity of a Championship MMA bout (without any bruises). Take on 5 x 5-minute rounds with 1-minute rest between rounds. Focus on strength, technique, and fighting prowess as you learn the ropes from an MMA champ.
Hybrid Strength
What can be said about this session? It's the ultimate love/hate program. You’ll love it because you see results quickly and the session goes fast. But you may hate it because... well, it's just tough. 30 minutes of hard strength training coming up
HardCore
A program designed specifically for training core muscle groups with a particular focus on abdominal strength. This session is perfect for increasing strength, injury prevention, and gaining a stronger mid section
Power Complex
This session has been designed to test your cardiovascular fitness whilst using resistance movements. This workout will get you moving through different ‘complexes’, while getting your lungs and muscles burning. All finished before 7am!
Spartan
This one’s a bit different to our other sessions, for starters - it’s free (for our ongoing clients). Secondly, it’s longer (45 minutes to an hour) and lastly, it’s tougher. Every year we take teams over to Spartan Race in the mainland, and this is how we prepare ourselves
