Favorite Session - It's a bit of a toss up.. I think I would have to go with Kickboxing
Favorite Cheat Meal - Ooooohh it has to be nachos and a milkshake.. Simply the best
Personal Achievements - A couple of achievements i'm proud of are, my MMA record (3-0-1), a black belt in karate, but to be honest I am most proud of this business and how far it has come
Least Favorite Exercise - As with almost every guy.. It has to be squats! Lunges aren't much fun either

When Do You Like To Train? My main training time is mid-late morning after my morning PT clients
Fitness Goals - I am happy with my fitness level whenever I can simultaneously run 5km in under 20 minutes and keep my bench press over 100kg. For me, this is a good balance of cardiovascular fitness and strength
Something Your Clients May Not Know About You - I was originally set to join Tasmania Police just out of College, the date was set and plans were in motion. The budget then got cut, and my course fell through. It was only then, that I decided to start Cory Hearn Personal Training! Without that budget cut, this business would never have started!

Favourite Session - Very difficult to choose! I'm a huge fan of all the sessions at CHPT, each offers its own unique benefits but I am particularly fond of my Fighting Fit session of course! You get a mixture of the other sessions condensed into one full body workout.
Fitness goals - I'm always looking to improve my fitness for my fights but working alongside Cory at the moment we've got a big focus on improving our strength in our big lifts (Squat, Bench and Deadlift) without sacrificing our cardio!
Favourite Cheat Meal - I could never narrow it down to one! But I am very keen on the quesadillas at Zambrero
Personal Achievements - Ahh well I'm a huge sports fan there aren't many I haven't played throughout my youth. I've won Best and Fairest a few times and goal scoring awards playing soccer for Launceston City, but my biggest achievements have probably come in Martial arts. I've won my division in some state Jiu jitsu Comps, I've contended for Titles and had more MMA Fights in Tasmania than anyone as far as I know!
Least Favourite Exercise - Hmmm I'm not sure If there's many if any I dislike as such.. but repeatedly kicking Thai pads is bloody murder!
Sporting Heroes - Haha as I said I'm a huge sports fan so I have several but in no particular order... Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan, Anderson Silva, Roger Federer , Matthew Richardson, Conor McGregor and the "Don't argue" king Dustin Martin!
Favourite Workout Song - Just about anything from the Rocky movies fires me up! But Warrior by Disturbed is my fight walkout song so probably that
Time of day to train - Whenever Cory and I are both free I'm there!
Something that your clients might not know about you - I love to read, give me some spare time, something to read that i enjoy and I'll inhale it in a day! I also used to play the violin when I was younger that usually shocks people haha.

Favorite session: Obviously I enjoy all the sessions as I was a regular client before I started as a trainer here but I'd have to say it would be Hybrid Strength! I always feel pretty badass after it..
Favorite Cheat meal: I am a sucker for a good platter! Biscuits, cheese, dip and I am set.
Personal achievements: I was fortunate enough to be a part of a few good rowing crews in my younger years, we actually won the U19's -eight- Australian National Rowing Championships as well as many other state level titles.
Least favorite exercise: Would have to be kick sits or long distance running.
Sporting heroes: I don't know if I have any particular sporting 'heroes' so to speak, but I have always thought Usain Bolt was very cool.
Favorite workout song: I change my mind all the time, but I've been listening to Spotify's 'Beast Mode' playlist lately
When do you like to train? I prefer to train of a morning before work, but I always seem to perform better of an afternoon
Fitness goals: I strive to improve my big 3 lifts (bench press, deadlift & squat) I'm pretty proud of the weights i'm lifting now and want to keep that up. I would also love to get a good time in a 10km running event (although I hate it)
Something your clients might not know about you: I am a registered nurse and working at Calvary, St Vincent's Hospital. I'm also a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist
