We are supportive, encouraging, and understanding no matter your background or fitness level. We will certainly test your limits but make sure not to push you past them. We won’t put you on a 6-week quick fix and we won’t put you on a generic low calorie meal plan in order to get results. With hard work anyone can succeed, sometimes you just need a little push.

Our team holds qualifications in a range of modalities such as Large Group Training, Advanced Kettlebell Training, Nutrition Planning, Core Strength Restoration, Suspension Training and Rehabilitation. We have diversified our knowledge in order to bring you the best services possible, regardless of your goals.

CHPT is home to two of the most experienced combat martial artists in Tasmania with well over a decade of experience in MMA competition.
From practical self-defence to fight specific training, we can help you no matter your experience level. Learn some cool skills for a bit of fun, gain some confidence in being able to defend yourself in real-world situations or prepare for your first fight or competition.
